PhishBouncer is an anti-phishing platform based on an HTTP/HTTPS proxy integrating anti-phishing checks that do not depend on block lists or Phish signatures. The checking algorithms make use of the attributes of the Web site being visited, the structure and properties of the referring URL, and the Web site's association with other legitimate Web sites that the user interacts with. The checks are implemented as plug-in interceptors, and it is easy to modify them and add or remove new checks.

Features include secure log centralization, alert management and notification, customizable reporting, and DNS and geographic IP resolution. It supports up to three ModSecurity sensors.
KLone is a fully-featured, multi-platform framework which allows dynamic Web pages to be written in C/C++ (with the usual <% /* code */ %> style). The pages can then be embedded (in compressed and/or encrypted form) into a single executable that also contains KLone's high-performance HTTP/S server. Given its nature, it can be linked natively to any C/C++ library (database, XML, graphics, etc.), without an intermediate layer, and it is especially suited for low-resource (embedded) systems.
mod_cband is an Apache 2 module that solves the problem of limiting the bandwidth usage of users, virtual hosts, and destinations. When the configured transfer limit is exceeded, mod_cband will redirect all further requests to a location specified in the configuration file. The module can also limit download speeds and maximal requests per second for virtualhosts, users, and remote clients.
