bib2xhtml is a program that converts BibTeX files into HTML (specifically, XHTML 1.0). The conversion is mostly done by specialized BibTeX style files, derived from a converted bibliography style template. This ensures that the original BibTeX styles are faithfully reproduced. Some post-processing is performed by Perl code. This is an update of the bib2html program written by David Hull in 1996 and maintained by him until 1998.

t2t can convert any delimited text file to an HTML table. It supports all attributes for the various table-related tags. It can read its input either from stdin, a file, or a whole directory. when t2t is passed in a directory, it will process all the files (except those with either .html or .htm extension), and all the files in all the sub-directories. It works on any system with Perl.

SWEC is a program that automates testing of dynamic Web sites. It parses each HTML file it finds for links, and if those links are within the site specified, it will check that page as well. In addition to parsing and locating links, it will also parse the pages looking for known errors and report those. It will report if a page cannot be read (by either returning a 404, 500, or similar).
