QStick is a program which uses the XTest extension in XFree86 to send keyboard messages to an X server from a Linux-supported joystick. The program consists of the KBStick executable which reads joystick input and dispatches keypress messages to X, and the QStick shell script which configures environment varibles read by the executable to assign X KeyCodes to the joystick directions & button presses.
bmp-itouch is a Beep Media Player plugin that allows you to take advantage of the extra multimedia (playback and volume control) keys on your Internet keyboard. You can reconfigure the "Back", "Forward", etc. buttons on your keyboard to work with bmp-itouch just by having the plugin grab the key. When the plugin is used, you can use the keys regardless of the current input focus. The plugin won't work if some other application (eg. xscreensaver) has grabbed the keyboard.
Firmwareagent adds a function to the FreeBSD kernel that can be used by other modules to automatically obtain firmware images. Typically, modules incorporate firmware in their code, which causes legal issues and wastes memory. Firmwareagent addresses these problems by retreiving the firmware from the filesystem (other locations can be transparently added). It is used by the p54u driver.
The Philips LightFrame2 is a technology for TV-quality video and photo display on a computer monitor. LightFrame(tm) is a combination of hardware and software for Windows. xLightFrame brings almost the same functionality to X. You can highlight the whole screen, or any part of it. This program is useful only on Phlips LightFrame-capable monitors, like the model 109S. It is an independent program that has no relation to or links with Philips. You can use it from the command line, or with help from the companion script lfw.sh.
TIGL-USB provides a driver for the the USB version of the well-known TI-GRAPH LINK cabled used for connecting TI graphing calculators to a computer. With this cable you can backup/restore your calculator, send/receive variables, do screenshots, FLASH your calculator (update the Operating System), etc.
