Fritz!WRT is a set of patches to make the OpenWRT trunk run on AVMs Fritz!Box. Much progress has been made in recent OpenWRT revisions in the AR7 port, but it's still not running on the Fritz!Box. The patches also have the potential to make the T-Com SpeedPort run, because its hardware is very similar to that of the Fritz!Box. There are patches for the bootloader, LED support, and watchdog support, as well as KGDB support.
biosdevname in its simplest form takes a kernel device name as an argument, and returns the BIOS-given name it "should" be. This is necessary on systems where the BIOS name for a given device (e.g. the label on the chassis is "Gb1") doesn't map directly and obviously to the kernel name (e.g. eth0).
The WebReboot Plugin for Nagios is a suite of commands that can be used within Nagios to monitor a server and take corrective action if necessary via the WebReboot line of products. For example, the plugin can be used to alert you if a host is powered down, versus simply not responding to network requests. Likewise, it can be used to reboot a server if a host fails to respond to ping, or to shut down a server when a critical temperature threshold is exceeded. The commands can be mixed-and-matched with all existing Nagios commands, maximizing total network coverage.
check_aaccli is a plugin for Nagios which checks the hardware health of Adaptec SCSI RAID controllers. To accomplish this, you must have installed the aaccli binary (from the aacapps package). The plugin checks the error log of single disks (with S.M.A.R.T.) and the health of mirror containers.
Einarc is a unified storage RAID command line interface and an API that provides management for various hardware/software RAID devices, uniting them all in a single paradigm. Einarc works as a translator that makes it possible for a user to control all these devices using simple terms like "physical disc", "logical disc", "adapter", etc., while transparently converting these requests to proprietary RAID paradigms.
CANpie defines a Standard API for access to the CAN (Controller Area Network) bus. The API provides functionality for ISO/OSI Layer 2 (Data Link Layer). The CANpie driver is the base for HLPs like CANopen, DeviceNet, J1939, etc. Through its low memory footprint, CANpie can be used for embedded applications (without any OS) as well as for Linux. Access to the Linux CAN driver is via a socket interface (AF_CAN).
