Wieldy is a to-do list manager that is based on the principles of GTD (Getting Things Done). It allows you to manage your to-dos in a simple but effective way. To-dos can be created as thoughts and actions, which can then be assigned to the Next Action, Today, or Someday categories. Tasks can also be scheduled and listed in a calender-like overview, as well as linked to a project or simply put on hold. Wieldy also allows you to manage your contacts and delegate actions to them. Other features include support for data encryption, tagging, priorities, recurring action templates, and synchronization with other PIMs like Outlook. No installation is needed.

HolyGrail is an implementation of the GTD's next action list. In other words, it's a kind of todo list. It is composed of realms (contexts), quests (projects), and missions (todos). A realm groups missions, and generally represents a location or a situation, e.g. "at work", "at home", or "code". A mission is the next physical action to do to complete your goal. A quest is a succession of missions; it represents a goal. Every time what you are planning requires more than one next action, create a project.

LifeQuest is a tool that keeps track of what you need to do, and tells you what to do next. You simply enter the things you want to do, along with priority and date information, and LifeQuest does the rest. Unlike other to do list programs, it aims to minimise the amount of effort you spend entering information. It is also inspired by GTD, with contexts and projects to help you find things to do wherever you are or when there is a project you want to focus on. It is also designed to be motivational. Your to do list is a Quest, your projects are Adventures, and your contexts are Locations.
