It lets you easily post, maintain, update, and archive calendar and scheduling entries such as events, tasks, and journal entries. It features displaying calendar entries in customizable day, week, month, year, or list layouts, extensive search and filtering capability (keyword search, field-specific search, date range search), support for the event, to-do/task, journal, and alarm components specified in the iCalendar specification, and a theme-based interface which allows you to preview and select any of the available themes (new themes can also be added and customized to match the look of an existing Web site).

It allows multiple users to edit a single web-based document at the same time, and it continuously synchronizes all changes so that users always have the same version.
Zimbra is a next-generation enterprise messaging and collaboration system. It features an Ajax Web client with conversation views, fast email search, Web service mash-ups, shared calendars, document authoring, and IM. The server also syncs to MS Outlook (via MAPI), the Apple desktop (via iSync, iCal, and CalDAV), POP/IMAP clients, and mobile devices (BlackBerry, smart phones, HTML Web browsers). easy TicketManager is a system for managing customer requests (trouble tickets or similar) for a group of users. Each ticket is assigned to a customer and a carer who is responsible for handling this ticket. Tickets can be organized in folders or by categories and can have notes attached to them.
