Gepetto provides a framework to animate characters. It lets you record choreographies and build complex moves using elementary actions. Gepetto is fully graphical and offers real-time rendering of the animation, but there is an undelying textual language describing the moves which can be used directly.
Gfract is a GTK-based fractal program that implements the standard Mandelbrot and Julia sets. It features infinite image size with infinite anti-aliasing if you have the memory for it, Julia instant preview mode, user-specified coloring algorithms, and PNG support. For palette files it uses the same format as Fractint does, except that it supports arbitraly large palettes.
Gutenprint (formerly Gimp-Print) is a collection of printer drivers for Unix/Linux that currently supports over 1400 printers. It emphasizes quality and flexibility, offering a wide variety of options to meet most printing needs. It includes a CUPS driver, an IJS-based Ghostscript driver, Foomatic data, an enhanced Print plugin for The GIMP, and other printer maintenance utilities. It can be used equally well for fast printing of text or critical printing of high quality graphics and photographs.
