PigeBox is a complete solution to record continuous (24/7/365) audio content. It provides a bootable GNU/Linux system with all required software components to achieve the storage, the recording, and the extraction of audio content. It has been designed to provide a "plug & record" solution for radio broadcasters.
MutekH is a portable and free operating system for embedded platforms originally developed at the SoC department of the LIP6 Laboratory in Paris. MutekH is a set of libraries built on top of an exo-kernel designed to support heterogeneous multiprocessor platforms. MutekH is fully configurable to match every application's needs. It is used in several research projects and currently supports x86, arm, mips, and powerpc processors.
SoCLib is a library of pluggable SystemC cycle-accurate and transaction-level components. The library contains many types of models: processor cores (MIPS32, PPC405, ARM-v6k, Nios2, MicroBlaze, lm32, etc.), memory types, devices (block device, UART, frame buffer, etc.) and network-on-chip models. SoCLib can be used to create a complete system-on-chip hardware design, as well as for testing and evaluating embedded operating systems and applications. NetBSD, MutekH, and other dedicated systems are ported to the SoCLib hardware simulator. A Linux port is an ongoing project.
I is a programming language that was designed to be efficient to write and run. The system incorporates many major libraries, allowing the creation of major projects such as Aciqra. It is an interpreted language and supports CGI scripting through the use of the CGI for Aciv/I extension.
Octaspire Crates! is a scriptable, skinnable, extensible, and relocatable 3D action puzzle game. All the missions, game entities (or crates), game states, and configuration of the game engine are implemented as plain text Lua-scripts. So, if you know Lua, you can write new game entities, game states, missions, and levels with any text editor, without any special development tools. New skins can be created with any image editor that can save .png images, dropped into a new subdirectory under the resources/textures directory, and changed in the configuration file config.lua. Crates has also its own (simple) implementations for all the different container classes it needs (like vector, string, and so on) to keep the external dependencies fewer.
RSound is a simplistic and lightweight framework for networked TCP/IP audio. It is designed to be very simple to implement, and to work well with music and video players. A librsound is supplied. It is not designed for low latency audio (games), and lets the sound backend take care of sound mixing. It supports POSIX-compliant systems (including cygwin). It includes audio output support for ALSA, OSS, libao, and PortAudio.
Minesweeper 3K is an original implementation of the classic game of Mines. Games can be saved and loaded. High scores are saved by level. The game is paused when the window loses focus. Several styles of the game are available, with the possibility to add new styles without having to change the code. The game is internationalized in five languages.
