Eric is a full featured Python and Ruby editor and IDE, written in Python. It is based on the cross platform Qt GUI toolkit, integrating the highly flexible Scintilla editor control. It is designed to be usable as an everyday quick and dirty editor as well as being usable as a professional project management tool, integrating many advanced features that Python offers the professional coder. Eric includes a plug-in system, which allows easy extension of the IDE functionality with plug-ins downloadable from the net. Current stable versions are Eric4 based on Qt4 and Python 2 and Eric5 based on Python 3 and Qt4.

GNU xorriso creates, loads, manipulates, and writes ISO 9660 filesystem images with Rock Ridge extensions. Files can be copied in and out. The session results get written to optical media or to filesystem objects. Rather than needing external tools for ISO 9660 production and CD/DVD/BD burning, it is a static compilation of libburnia-project.org. Thus GNU xorriso depends only on fundamental operating system facilities.

GNU libmicrohttpd is a small C library for embedding HTTP server functionality into other applications. It is reentrant, fast, supports HTTP 1.1, and permits listening on multiple ports. IPTEditor intends to ease the task of managing/editing iptables rules. It presents an intuitive graphical interface that organizes iptables tables as tabs of a notebook, each of which, in turn, organizes their chains in notebooks tabs. Each rules tab contains a list made up of rows (rules) or item columns ordered according to their occurrence. The items in the rows can be edited by appropriate forms, such as through dialogs for targets and criteria (modules), edit fields for network addresses, and selection boxes for actions and protocols, among others.

Resize Image Nautilus Script is a Bash script extending Nautilus, the GNOME file manager, to easily resize images using ImageMagick, e.g. to create files suitable for sending by email. The script resizes selected files to the given pixel width/height and saves them with the same file name in a new sub folder (e.g. "1024px"). Existing files in the resize target sub-folder will not be overwritten. Different sizes can be directly chosen in the Scripts sub-menu of a file's context menu.
