checkit is a file integrity tool that adds basic data assurance capabilities to file systems which support extended attributes. It allows you to detect any data integrity issues or file changes to any file. By storing a checksum as an extended attribute, checkit provides an efficient way to detect silent data corruption, bit rot, or other modification errors. It was inspired by the checksumming performed by filesystems like BTRFS and ZFS. Checkit allows similar functionality, the ability to compare stored files and entire directory trees against a checksum at a glance.
ZedCMS is a simple base content management system from which more complicated systems can be developed. It is designed so a Web developer can quickly produce customised websites, and is not really for users. Users wanting to setup their own websites are better off with a different system, like Wordpress.
OpenNetHome is a home automation software project with a focus on being able to mix different technologies. It currently supports a number of different RF transceivers for controlling remote switches and receiving temperature and moisture data. It also supports Philips Hue lights. Its user interface is Web based, but all features are also accessible via a TCP/IP interface. It supports plugins for new features but also for new protocol encoders/decoders. Also included is a signal analyzer tool for reverse engineering new RF protocols.
Mover is a system designed to move mail while eliminating as much metadata as possible. In fact, it eliminates virtually all metadata, except for the order and possibly the time that a message arrives at a given site. Addresses are encryption keys. The encrypted messages are sent to all mover locations. The intended recipient uses their key to decrypt the message.

Project REI is Web-based software designed to allow rapid creation of data handling interfaces. Its goal is to reduce the number of small, unique, often heavily scripted solutions, which have been implemented to support departments in daily business. This is done by providing centralized access to many different interfaces. In short, Project REI is used to replace overblown spreadsheets and local databases. Setting up interfaces is done through a central GUI and allows for immediate results. Changes to interfaces can be seen and tested in real time. Even though it cannot fulfill all needs, many mundane but still important requirements can be supported with little effort.
wasora is a computational tool designed to aid a cognizant expert, whether an engineer, scientist, technician, or geek, to analyze complex systems by solving mathematical problems by means of a high-level plain-text input file containing algebraic expressions, data for function interpolation, differential equations, and output instructions amongst other facilities. At first glance, it may look like another high-level interpreted programming language, but it should be seen as a syntactically-sweetened way to ask a computer to perform a certain mathematical calculation. For example, the famous Lorenz system may be solved by writing the three differential equations in a human friendly plain text file.
