gwcalc is a front-end for the Wcalc command line calculator. Its main features are menu access to all functions defined in Wcalc, menu access to a huge number of constants defined in Wcalc, intuitive entry of formulas, easy editing and 're-evaluation', and easy conversion between decimal, hex, octal, and binary, both in input and output. It works with fractional numbers in all bases, is very configurable, and is easy to use.
As part of the FRDCSA Job-Search system, Job Search Rapid Response is a GUI tool to allow one to respond very quickly to job offers on Craigslist, as this seems to be important. It allows one to fill out a standard template to send, but will not allow it to be sent unless a certain amount of changes have been made to the template. It makes a PDF of your cover letter and attaches your resume. It allows for VoIP calling (currently using Twinkle) of phone numbers in the postings based on 1 click, and Googles company names to aid in research. It keeps a database of all communication and can track responses in an IMAP folder. Eventually, full integration with job searching is planned.
css-tools is a suite of tools for managing a large collection of CSS. It doesn’t contain an editor, but is intended to be used alongside an editor. Use css-tools to find out what needs doing, then use your editor to do it. At a later date, plugins for popular editors may be created so as to streamline the workflow. At present, css-tools contains one program, 'cssi', which parses and searches selectors.

Redshiftgui changes the color temperature of your monitor to better match that of your surrounding. This means that it sets a cooler color temperature during the daytime (due to natural lighting) and sets a warmer temperature at night (due to indoor lighting). Similar to f.lux, this is a GUI port of the redshift project.
catnip is a tiny network packet capturing tool that is not based on libpcap. When compiled and stripped, the binary is smaller than 20kiB. This makes it very suitable for embedded environments where a libpcap-based tool, typically 100kiB for just libpcap and 500kiB for tcpdump, would be simply too large. catnip is generally parameter compatible with tcpdump and what makes catnip stand out from other small packet capturing tools is that also supports BPF filtering.
