papercut is command line based rock, paper, scissors game for Unix based operating systems like GNU/Linux, BSD, etc. A user can play the game by entering their choice of rock (R or r), paper (P or p), or scissors (S or s). papercut also stores user statistics, i.e. number of wins, losses, and draws.
Micropolis is a city simulation game engine based on the original classic SimCity source code. Micropolis is based on the Tcl/Tk version of SimCity. It consists of the micropolis module, which is the engine recast as a C++ class; the cellengine module, which is a cellular automata machine engine; and the tileengine module, which is a Cairo based tile renderer. It is intended to be used with the OLPC's Sugar user interface environment, but layered so the core code is useful in other contexts.
DeskToy is a 3D screensaver for OS X. A complex set of linked pendulums is displayed in perpetual motion. The behavior of the view and the behavior of the model is highly configurable using the screensaver property sheet. The screen saver is shipped in Universal Binary format for OS X 10.4+.
AYUMiS is a project aiming to create a cross-platform MMORPG set in space. It is developed in C++ with ClanLib. It will give the player full control over the game universe, with no NPCs or pre-planned storyline. It attempts to give the player a full range of choices and open-ended gameplay.
Billiards is a cue sports simulator. It aims for physical accuracy and simplicity. It should be useful for practicing billiards on your own and against your friends when a real pool table is not available. Both a pool table and a billiards table (that is, with and without pockets) are implemented, allowing you to play eightball, nineball, and carom billiards games.
