CloudVPN is a secure decentralized mesh networking tool. It allows applications to use it as a mesh transport layer for packet routing, easily creating mesh ethernet VPN, secured audio/video broadcasting or communication channels, etc. It can create secured networks with special or weird topologies, so it's very easy to create connection schemes with clustered/decentralized servers, topologies with better throughput, ring-like topologies for failover, long-line for passing through many routes, or tree topology for optimizing inter-server bandwidth needs.
Kolab is a groupware system that provides a comprehensive and flexible solution for workgroups. Email, contacts, and group calendars can be managed via the Web, Windows/Outlook, and Linux/KDE. PasTmon (Passive Application Response Time Monitor) passively monitors your application servers, measuring and reporting user response times, throughput and congestion. It currently works with HTTP, telnet, rlogin, rsh, FTP (control channel), SMTP, POP3, and IRC. Measurements are recorded in a PostgreSQL database and are presented graphically via a PHP Web front-end using R statistical analysis scripts to create the plots.
