Bemused is a system which allows you to control your music collection from your phone, using Bluetooth. It requires a Series 60 (e.g. Nokia 7650/3650) or UIQ (e.g. P800) phone and a computer with a Bluetooth adapter. While the official server runs on Windows, third-party servers have been written for Linux and Mac OS X.
Escluderlate is a Java game for mobiles and portable devices (J2ME). The scope is surviving inside the arena more than the computer controlled opponent(s). You have to avoid crashing on the walls that each player leaves behind. You can move your pointer using the arrows, or the keys 2(up), 4(left), 6(right), and 8(down). Escluderlate contains 21 different levels and 3 different speeds, but it's easily extendable.
The FAAC project includes the AAC encoder FAAC and decoder FAAD2. It supports several MPEG-4 object types (LC, Main, LTP, HE AAC, PS) and file formats (ADTS AAC, raw AAC, MP4), multichannel and gapless en/decoding as well as MP4 metadata tags. The codecs are compatible with standard-compliant audio applications using one or more of these profiles.
Flight Navigation Planner lets you make flight plans based on known airports, navaids, fixes, or cities. You can use the sectional charts, wacs, or the vector/terrain planning charts. It calculates headings, winds, time, and fuel. It features Airways-based Auto-Routing, Climb and Descent calculations (a/c type based), Fuel Stop Planning, Auto-Route around MOAS and Restricted Airspace, Hi-Res Weather Radar Overlay, Viewing of current sectional, wac, and IFR charts, the ability to see a route over TFRs, detailed nexrad radar overlays over your routes, Terrain Profiles with cloud ceilings, and the ability to upload flight plans to GPS.
Gigalomania is a 2D real time strategy game that is a clone of Mega-Lo-Mania. The gameplay consists of researching and developing new technology with which to conquer your enemies, from rocks and sticks to nuclear weapons and spaceships. You can advance through ten different ages, from the stone age to the future. There are 28 different maps to play through. The game is still under development, but is entirely playable in its current state.
