Select the phrase you just typed and use a right mouse click to access the "MyWords" menu and add it to your favorite words database. You can then right mouse click in any text input area and select one of your saved words to paste at the current cursor position. A keyboard shortcut can be used to either paste the last favorite phrase you have just used or, after you've typed the first few letters, autocomplete your phrase with one from your saved phrases database.
