Felidae is a collection of modules for Fvwm. FvwmStorage lets you define variables, load and store them from/to files, and execute any fvwm command using them. It is especially useful to interactively change the fvwm configuration. FvwmWallpaper lets you change your X wallpaper from within Fvwm. It tries to find the best way to display your picture and resizes it if necessary. FvwmXMMS lets you control XMMS by sending commands to this module. FvwmOsd lets you display an on-screen display on your X display. FvwmOsd is organized in different "channels", each of which you can configure and use independently of the others.

It uses following programs: FVWM as a window manager and "main core", ROX-Filer as file manager (manages icons on the desktop), xterm, aterm, mrxvt, or urxvt as terminal emulators, MPD or XMMS as music players, and several other tools for different functions, like setting a wallpaper or making screen shots.
wmsupermon is a universal monitoring dockapp. It can be used to monitor CPU usage, disk I/O, memory usage, swap, filesystems, space utilization, network traffic, wireless link quality, CPU frequency, CPU temperature, fan speed, voltages (without requiring lm_sensors), battery status (with actual, not "reported", discharge rate), traffic from your router, or anything else. It can open and maintain many dockapp windows with one dockapp process.
CrystalAudio is a FVWM-Crystal configuration tuned for use on an audio workstation. It has many new applications for the menu, including many sound-related applications and improved sound controls. It launches qjackctl at startup. The final goal of the project is to make the FVWM-Crystal menu compatible with the freedesktop specification and to provide some tools to generate the menu entries and icons from desktop and icon files provided by the applications in the system.
