C/C++ Program Perfometer checks the performance of a C/C++ program and separate pieces of code for any metrics (e.g. uclocks, rusage metrics, metrics defined by the user, etc.). The measurement results are represented in detailed/summary reports. The detailed report has results for individual tests, and the summary one has average cost and its analysis. The comparison results are represented in comparative tables for individual comparison groups. The user may set various parameters in order to control the measurement/comparison process: measurement report and detailed measurement report flags, total iteration and tests, measurement scale, and confidence threshold.
CxxTester is an universal testframe for C++ code. It supports testing a system of libraries, objectfiles with a set of methods, or even a single line C++ source (in fact, everything which has a C++ interface). The interpreter frontend allows you to modify and enlarge the tests without recompilation of code. Tests can be executed batch-oriented with scripts or interactive, supported by graphic output. The tool enables remote testing between different hosts.
DM Performance Meter is intended for measuring the execution time of a script (or its parts). It measures the time taken to execute the part of a PHP script between specified start and end points. It also can measure the time of arbitrary checkpoints. It supports: setting multiple named check points; output measurement results as plain text, HTML comments, and HTML unordered lists; and logging results to CSV files.

LON-CAPA (The LearningOnline Network with CAPA) is a learning content and course management system. It offers an underlying shared content pool from which instructors across departmental and institutional boundaries can assemble granular learning content for their courses. It has strong assessment capabilities, both formative (homework and in-class using wireless PDAs) and summative (online and bubblesheet exams), with a one-source multiple-target strategy for the content. It offers students portfolio space in which they can stage materials for submission to projects, and provides a number of tools for synchronous and asynchronous student-student and student-faculty communication. LON-CAPA scales well with number of students, as load-balancing is possible across the whole network of servers at participating institutions.
Cyclomatic complexity is a measure of the amount of branching in a function. A higher number of branches gives a higher complexity rating. Higher numbers lead to combinatorial expansion of the 100% coverage testing scenarios required to guarantee the function is bug-free. So high complexity usually means a large chance for bugs. Low complexity means bug-free. This code is written in Perl, but analyzes Python code for complexity by function and class. It also gives statistics about comment density.
Schroedinger is the combination of Apache Tomcat with a nice, clean Swing GUI. It provides an easy way to create and test JSP and Servlet Web applications. It records every JSP/HTTP activity so that every possible bug can be corrected immediately. Schroedinger can be used in personal mode, which prevents others from using its JSP Server while you develop the application. Alternatively, Schroedinger's working directory can be opened via file-sharing, so that a JSP can be copied to any computer of the JSP development team.
