The sctplib library is a fairly complete prototype implementation of the Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP), a message-oriented reliable transport protocol that supports multi-homing and multiple message streams multiplexed within an SCTP connection. The API of the library was modeled after section 10 of RFC 2960, and most parameters and functions should be self-explanatory to the user familiar with this document. In addition, the library also provides a number of helper functions for managing timers and UDP communication.
sdparm has a command line interface for getting and setting SCSI mode page fields. Fields can be referred to by an acronym or a numerical address. It has support for various SCSI transport and vendor-specific mode pages. It also decodes Vital Product Data (VPD) pages and can send some simple SCSI commands. sdparm was originally written for Linux with ports to FreeBSD, Solaris, Tru64, and Windows.
shva is a Web-start graphical editor to hear, view, and annotate speech. It is designed to access speech databases over the Web. It opens from the browser when the user clicks on a link to an utterance. It then runs as a separate GUI application. Edited annotations are saved back to the database. It is currently deployed for the FreeCLAS seed database.
