CBB is a finance management application. It allows users to keep track of deposits and withdrawals from checking accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, and money markets. It generates reports summarizing the current financial state or graphs the net worth. It is able to import existing Quicken accounts.
Finance::Quote is a Perl module which can fetch on-line stock quotes, including those from American, European, Canadian and Australian markets. Information from a number of investment houses is also available. Features include currency lookups and conversions, automatic failover support, and loadable user modules.
FreeCheck is a free check-printing utility, currently only for US and possibly Canadian checks. You can use it to print your own checks on blank check stock, available from office supply stores and various places around the web. It generates a PostScript file which can be saved to disk, printed, or converted to PDF using GhostScript.
GBonds is a savings bond inventory program for GNOME. It allows you to track the current redemption value and performance of your U.S. Savings Bonds and keep a valuable record of the bonds you own. Gbonds is similar in functionality to "Savings Bond Wizard" for Windows distributed by the U.S. Treasury.
