getmail is intended as a simple, secure, and reliable replacement for fetchmail. It retrieves email (either all messages, or only unread messages) from one or more POP3, SPDS, or IMAP4 servers (with or without SSL) for one or more email accounts, and reliably delivers into qmail-style Maildirs, mboxrd files, or through external MDAs (command deliveries) specified on a per-account basis. getmail also has excellent support for domain (multidrop) mailboxes, including delivering messages to different users or destinations based on the envelope recipient address.

Linguaphile is a simple command line language translator. It is open source, platform independent, and programmed in Perl. The Spanish to English translation is the most useful at this stage.

sieve-php is a PHP class which provides an interface into the Cyrus timsieved Sieveserver. It has been tested and designed for Cyrus 2.0.12+, but may work on older versions. XMLDB uses an RDBMS to persist arbitrary XML documents. Due to its storage mechanism, searching for and recalling documents is extremely quick. You can also perform XSL translation on documents with surprising speed. The library can be used in any program to store libxml2 documents. A PHP module is also included, making XMLDB into a complete three-tier Web application development suite.
