COMDOM Antispam is a high-capacity platform designed for the requirements of ISPs and other large organizations that must fight spam. COMDOM is a powerful anti-spam system operating as a stand alone mail gateway with relay control, authentication, and load balancing support. The system consequently can be used together with mail servers or as a stand alone gateway for several mail servers. The robustness, flexibility, and the high data throughput capacity of COMDOM Antispam allow for the software to be deployed for a range of solutions.
Vanguard provides enterprise class anti-virus and anti-spam protection to multiple internal mail servers, including the Gordano Messaging Suite, Microsoft Exchange, and IBM Lotus Notes/Domino. Dual anti virus scanning engines provide both traditional signature based virus protection and advanced Zero Hour protection. Any number of internal servers can be protected from a single Vanguard server. Each of those servers may be servicing the same Internet domain, separate Internet domains, or even multiple Internet domains on a single server. There is no limit to the number of protected domains or message throughput.
Proxmox Mail Gateway provides a powerful and affordable server solution to manage your email traffic, to eliminate spam, and to block undesirable content or viruses from your email system. Proxmox uses a wide variety of local and network tests to identify spam signatures. The flexible architecture and the easy-to-use configuration interface safeguard companies against existing and new email threats.
postprox is a minimal Postfix SMTP proxy which copies an SMTP conversation between its input and another SMTP server, but spools the DATA portion to a temporary file and runs a specified program on it before passing it on to the output server. It can potentially output an SMTP error code instead of the data if the content filter says to do so.
smtpfilter is a filter for an SMTP session which passes the session through transparently in real time, except for the DATA command which is intercepted in order to scan the data for spam and/or viruses with the scanner of your choice. The sources are heavily commented. The default spam filtering is a hybrid approach that uses spamassassin to self-train the excellent spamprobe Bayesian filter which works on a per-site rather than per-user basis. The virus checking can use clamav or NAI, or any other command- line scanner.
sa-blacklist is a hand-checked list of over 10,000 spammer domains. It's formatted for Exim, Postfix, Privoxy, Qmail, Spamassassin, Squid, and Sendmail. Depending on the application, it can block or score either on the sender domain and/or the embedded URLs in the spam. It's also available as an RBL (a DNS-based lookup of spammer domains).
redWall is a bootable CD-ROM firewall which focuses on Web-based reporting of the firewall's status. It includes Snort, snortsam, dansguardian, and support for fwbuilder, squidguard, reporting (using BASE/sarg/ntop/webfwlog), VPN (Openswan/PoPToP/Openvpn), Spam Filtering (spamassassin, dcc, razor2, clamav, amavis-new, dspam and maia mailguard), and mail-based, alerting.
