Maarch is a DMS infrastructure dedicated to the legal archiving of high volumes of static documents. Unlike most DMS tools, it's a toolbox approach that allows one to build highly integrated custom applications. As a proof of concept, Maarch comes with two business applications: Maarch LetterBox for mail management and Maarch PeopleBox for HR document management.
OpenEphyra is a question answering (QA) system. It retrieves answers to natural language questions from the Web and other sources. OpenEphyra comes with implementations of algorithms that proved effective in Carnegie Mellon's Ephyra system, which participated in the TREC evaluations. It is platform independent and can be set up in just a few minutes. The goal of this project is to give researchers the opportunity to develop new QA techniques without worrying about the end-to-end system.

It speeds up development by easing many tedious and repetitive programming tasks and helping to keep your application(s) flexible during the development cycle and in production. It concentrates on enterprise-scale content modeling, storage, and retrieval, and includes comprehensive JSF support for displaying and manipulating these contents in (Web) applications. Key features include persistence, security, versioning, multi-language support, and scripting.
ikaaro is a content management system written with the Python programming language and using the itools library. Its features include content and document mangement (metadata, indexing and searching), multilingual user interfaces and content, and high level modules (wiki, forum, tracker).
