CodeWorker is a versatile parsing tool and a universal source code generator. It interprets a scripting language for producing reusable, tailor-made, evolving, and reliable IT systems with a high level of automation. The file formats to parse are described in an extended-BNF syntax. Template-based scripts drive the writing of patterns for generating code or text. The code generation knows how to preserve protected areas with hand-typed code and provides code expansion, source-to-source translation, and program transformation. It provides a native translation of CodeWorker's scripts in C++.

CubicWeb is a semantic Web application framework that empowers developers to build Web applications by reusing components (called cubes) and following the well known object-oriented design principles. Its main features are: an engine driven by the explicit data model of the application; a query language, RQL, similar to W3C’s SPARQL; a selection+view mechanism for semi-automatic XHTML/XML/JSON/text generation; a library of reusable components (data model and views) that fulfill common needs; the power and flexibility of the Python programming language; and the reliability of SQL databases, LDAP directories, Subversion, and Mercurial for storage backends.
DBENGINE is a management system for using the database system PostgreSQL via browsers like Firefox. You can build multiple databases and configure and use them without logging into the server system. To use the databases, you only need a browser. The system gives you the ability to add own procedure for designing listings and input formulas. You can use binary large objects like any other type of field.
DBLIB is a PHP library to create WWW interfaces to databases. Its main aim is to support creating interfaces for site administrators, but it can be used as well to create public end-user interfaces. It features over 15 widget types (text, numbers, datetime, password, reference to another table, etc.), automatic data conversion and escaping, automatic input checking in all fields, an abstract data layer that supports several SQL databases, LDAP, and text/dbm files. DBLIB is not a low-level database manager like PHPMyAdmin.
DBPersister (database persistent library) is a PHP library which helps you simply and clearly use your database, taking advantage of powerful object oriented programming. You can use DBPersister to manage data from your database to your application. You can do all the boring operations (like loading a single record, saving a single record (insert, update, replace), and deleting a single record) without writing SQL code.
DDMSence (pronounced "dee-dee-em-Essence") is the only Java library that fully supports the DoD Discovery Metadata Specification (DDMS). It provides a complete implementation of the DDMS specification using any DDMS version between 2.0 and 5.0. Validation is performed according to both the schema and the specification, and custom validation rules can be defined with ISO Schematron.
Dandelion is a 3D graph rendering application which can be controlled across a network. Its main purpose is to allow clear network graphs to be rendered in a window, which can be controlled by a separate application or the user. The Dandelion visualization is actually controlled by issuing simple commands to it across the network (although this could all be happening on a single machine). The Dandelion source includes a set of very simple libraries which can be incorporated into other applications and which can be used to send these commands. Libraries are included for C, C#, Java, and Python. The project was developed at Liverpool John Moores University within the PROTECT Centre.
