Super Grub2 Disk is a bootable floppy, CDROM, or USB system which lets you boot into your system. It is simply a Grub2 disk with a lot of useful menus. It can try to autodetect all of your operating systems, load your grub.cfg configuration file, and load grub2's core.img, even if the mbr is damaged. It has multi-language support.
gscan2pdf is a GUI to ease the process of producing PDFs from scanned documents. You scan in one or several pages and create a PDF of selected pages. Scanning is handled with SANE via scanimage. PDF conversion is done by PDF::API2. Perl is used for portability and ease of programming, with gtk2-perl for the GUI.
ThinLinc is a fast and versatile remote desktop solution. It is based on open source software such as TigerVNC, SSH, and PulseAudio. The ThinLinc server software can be used to publish Linux/Unix desktops and applications to thin clients. The system also supports Windows Remote Desktop Services and VirtualBox. ThinLinc supports redirection of sound, serial ports, disk drives, local printers, and Smart Card readers. Clients are available for a wide variety of platforms. When used with the VirtualGL software, ThinLinc can deliver high performance graphics with OpenGL applications in a thin client environment.
CT-gui is a touch-friendly GUI toolkit which can be used on the Linux desktop and on Android devices. Development can be done quickly and easily on a Linux box and then installed to an Android tablet or phone. For graphics, only OpenGL or OpenGL ES is used. For audio, ALSA is used for Linux and OpenSL ES for Android. For development, the Android SDK and NDK should be installed on your system. Two demo projects called CT-synth and CT-farfisa are included, which are a polyphonic synthesizer with built-in patches, and an organ with many sounds. These can be played using the mouse or your fingers, or with an attached MIDI keyboard. For direct download to an Android device, 2 apk files are provided.
HGL is a compiler/interpreter suite for developing images. It features its own simple but powerful language, Lua integration, output in various formats as well as runtime input handled by plugins, and easy integration into various environments like Web servers or graphical applications. The input is taken from a source file, which has to be compiled for quick and frequent access by the interpreter. An interpreter then runs the compiled files, takes input from custom plugins (if neccessary), and outputs its result via custom plugins.
