Jmol is a Free, Open Source molecule viewer and editor. It is a collaboratively developed visualization and measurement tool for chemical scientists. Jmol is an active project, and there are new features being added to it on a daily basis. Users are encouraged to modify it to fit their needs and to contribute their changes to the project.
JpGraph is an OO graph drawing library for PHP 5.1 and above. Highlights of the available features are: multiple scale types; anti-aliasing of lines; color-gradient fills; support for GIF, JPEG, and PNG formats; and support for multiple Y axes. Many plot types are supported, such as pie-charts, lineplots, bar plots, impulse plots, polar plots, error plots, contour plots, matrix plots, gantt charts, and many more. white_dune is a graphical VRML97/X3DV editor, simple NURBS/Superformula 3D modeller, animation tool, and VRML97/X3DV commandline compiler in development. VRML97 (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) is the ISO standard for displaying 3D data over the Web via browser plugins ("HTML for realtime 3D"). X3DV is the direct successor of VRML97. VRML97 and X3DV have support for animation, real-time interaction, and multimedia (images, movies, and sounds). white_dune can read, create, and display VRML97/X3DV files and let the user change the scenegraph/fields. It also has support for stereoscopic view via "quadbuffer"-capable stereo visuals, and support for 3D input devices like a joystick, spaceball, or magnetic tracker.

XELand generates night landscapes as stereo pairs for cross-eye viewing. Currently it uses two map generation methods (plus some variations). Generated height maps are seamless and can be saved as PNG images. The program requires only JDK 1.5 or above, and is very easy to use.
