libNUI is a hardware accelerated GUI framework that makes it possible to build rich multi-platform applications based on 3D rendered dynamic layouts. Interfaces are built as a composition of widgets and behaviors, and the framework handles positioning, resizing, anchoring, and texture stretching. Objects are connected with synchronous events and delegates for mono-threaded communication, or asynchronous notifications and message queues are used for multi-threaded applications. San Le's Free Computational Electromagnetics (SLFCEM) is a package of scientific software for use in computational electromagnetics. Command-line driven calculation engines are separate from the GUI components and can be used independently. It includes two of the basic finite elements types, 4 node quad and 3 node triangle. Each element type has a unique GUI specific to the element. Modal analysis for solving the waveguide problem is done using edge based elements. There is also code for generating edge connectivity. The algorithm used is a combination of Lanczos for tridiagonalization of the system, as well as QR to calculate the resulting eigenvalues. In addition to skyline storage and LU decomposition, calculations are also made using the Conjugate Gradient Method.

iMorph is cross platform 3D image analysis software. It permits the morphological characterization of porous media, and more precisely cellular materials. The first step of the analysis is a macroscopical characterization of the different phases. It allows porosity, tortuosity, and specific surface measurement. The anisotropy is also quantified at the sample scale. In a second step, the software gives a morphological study at the pore scale. Automatic methods for cell extraction give access to shape analysis, classification, and orientation. Moreover, it permits a local voxel classification in order to identify local shape such as shell, plates, and rods. Finally, the software gives a topological description by generating the graphs of both the solid and fluid phase. The human interface is intuitive and can be used by a non-expert of image processing. 3D visualization uses OpenGL libraries and allows interaction with segmented objects. An XML samples database is used to store results belonging to a region of interest in the media.

ParaJVE is an advanced emulator for the GCE Vectrex game console (created in 1982 by General Consumer Electric). The emulation is mature enough to deliver a rendering close to the real machine, allowing you to enjoy most of the original games (as well as some extra homebrew ROMs). The emulator packaging is self-sufficient: it contains all the files needed to run the whole set of original vectrex games (including ROMs and hi-quality color overlays) and some additional homebrew games. It is perfectly legal for anybody to download, install and run this software, since the embedded ROMs are either public domain or homebrews whose authors gave written permission to include them in the ParaJVE package.
