white_dune is a graphical VRML97/X3DV editor, simple NURBS/Superformula 3D modeller, animation tool, and VRML97/X3DV commandline compiler in development. VRML97 (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) is the ISO standard for displaying 3D data over the Web via browser plugins ("HTML for realtime 3D"). X3DV is the direct successor of VRML97. VRML97 and X3DV have support for animation, real-time interaction, and multimedia (images, movies, and sounds). white_dune can read, create, and display VRML97/X3DV files and let the user change the scenegraph/fields. It also has support for stereoscopic view via "quadbuffer"-capable stereo visuals, and support for 3D input devices like a joystick, spaceball, or magnetic tracker.
aime is a simple, C-like programming language and an interpreter, both designed to be embeddable in applications. The language is straightforward, trivial, and direct. Its syntax is simpler than that of C, while still providing for full object management, higher order functions, and references. The interpreter is secure and expressive, allowing comprehensive control over program execution and providing powerful methods of application integration.
Embedthis Appweb is a fast, little embedded Web server. It is unmatched in efficiency and serves pages at native speed, using an event-driven, non-blocking core to serve multiple requests using minimal resources. It has integrated caching and the Embedded Server Pages C-Language Web framework. Without compromising performance, it has extensive security controls and a rigorous security sandbox that helps protect the server and mitigate denial-of-service attacks. It is one of the most widely deployed embedded Web servers and is used in networking equipment, telephony, mobile devices, industrial control, and consumer and office equipment, and in high-performance Web services.
BuildMonkey is an automated build, integration, and test platform for large-scale software development, particularly for distributed teams. It lets you manage multiple projects at once on different platforms and with different build technologies (Ant, make, gmake, etc.) and monitor SCM repositories to know what changed, when, and by whom. Build results are known immediately through email notification, and complete build logs are available via a central build dashboard. BuildMonkey integrates with the BuildMonkey EVT test suite to know the status of your host and network infrastructure at all times. Successful builds can be tagged in the SCM repository so they can be recreated.
Yazoo is an interpreted command-line scripting language used for executing co-compiled C routines and managing their data. The language itself has some novel features. Variables, sets, and functions are equivalent and arguments to functions can interact dynamically with the function. The code is machine-independent and easily extensible by anyone with a C compiler.
pthread-lib is a set of pthread wrapper functions, a thread manager, and a signal handler. The wrapper functions enable the programmer to create and manage sets of thread pools without knowing all the pthread internals. This includes creating, joining, and other operations. The thread manager watches and supervises the threads, checking whether they are still alive and working. The thread manager can also be assigned tasks by the programmer, either in code or by a configuration file. These tasks will be executed when the scheduled date/time occurs, and can be almost any task. The thread manager is implemented as its own thread within the main process. A single-threaded signal handler is available to catch all signals to a multi-threaded process. Instead of having every thread manage signals, this one thread handles all signals. To further enhance its functionality, the programmer is allowed to assign functions (via a pointer to a function) to any signal it may catch.
