phpMyFAQ is a multilingual, completely database-driven FAQ system. It support various database systems and it also offers a content management system with a WYSIWYG editor, an image manager, flexible multi-group and multi-user support, a news system, user tracking, language modules, templates, PDF support, a backup system, Active Directory support, and an easy to use installation script.
phlyMail is a groupware, webmailer, and PIM. It offers unlimited nested groups, unlimited POP3/IMAP profiles, quotas, an integrated address book, a calendar with multiple reminders and event repetitions, a file manager with an integrated WebDAV server, the ability to send faxes, SMS support (which lets you send SMS, get reminded of events via SMS, and get email notification via SMS), a bookmark manager, themes, and multilingual support. In contrast to typical Web applications, ICEfaces applications can update any part of the page at any time. Full page refresh is eliminated, and multi-user interaction is supported through AJAX Push.
TweetBox.fx is a Twitter desktop client. It lets users send updates, replies, and direct messages. Users can retrieve their friend's timeline, their own timeline, direct messages, replies, and their favorites. TweetBox also allows the user to view multiple timelines at the same time. TweetBox has a very user friendly entry box for typing updates. It shows you how many characters are left and provides a very easy-to-use URL-shrinking function. TweetBox can also detect links to pictures on Mobypicture and TwitPic and respond by showing, instead of the original URL, a link labeled "picture" that pops up a thumbnail when the mouse hovers over it.
Vote-MM aims to improve current Mailman mailing lists with some Web 2.0 time-saving functionality (RSS and voting capabilities). It adds support for RSS to Mailman. The mail footer is modified to include voting links. A new Web app for reading mail/voting is provided. A Mozilla Thunderbird plug-in is also provided, so users can vote and see voting information.
