Jmol is a Free, Open Source molecule viewer and editor. It is a collaboratively developed visualization and measurement tool for chemical scientists. Jmol is an active project, and there are new features being added to it on a daily basis. Users are encouraged to modify it to fit their needs and to contribute their changes to the project.

It provides versatile components so that Web authors and Java developers can easily build and publish dynamic and interactive bar graphs. There are many configurable features and functions to both the applet and servlet and as such, the documentation and examples are designed to give both a full understanding of every feature and enable you to implement both the applet and servlet quickly and easily. Moss is a collection of Java classes which includes additional custom Swing components (Tri state check boxes, complete password entry dialogs, a JFrame/JDialog framework to assist in creating large GUIs), file and image modification classes (EXIF/IPTC reading and editing, image roatation, file copying), miscellaneous data structures (such as a HeapSet implemenation), and much more.
