Once a survey has been created, data can be inserted into the survey either by a "pretty" public screen which presents each question one at a time, or by a quick and nasty data entry screen. It includes the capacity to generate individualized "tokens", so that invitations can be issued to participants. It also has the capacity to set conditions on whether questions will display (branching), numerous question types, and a basic statistics function.
expect-lite is an quick and easy command line automation tool. Written in expect, it is designed to directly map an interactive terminal session into an automation script. expect-lite scripts use special character(s) at the beginning of each line to indicate the action. Basic expect-lite scripts can be created by simply cutting and pasting text from a terminal window into a script, and adding '>' '<' characters. No knowledge of expect is required. Expect-lite is targeted at the verification testing environment, and will produce a Pass/Fail result at the end of the script. However, its use is not limited to this environment. It includes a powerful debugger with breakpoints, step/skip, and the ability to copy/paste expect-lite lines right into a running script.
Micro Snake is based on a simple snake game by Simon Huggins. This version of the snake (worm) game is very small and only utilizes ANSI escape sequences to draw the board. Hence it is very suitable for small embedded systems with only serial or SSH console access. The code uses no curses or other heavy libraries, only ANSI escape sequences and the Unix "stty" command to setup and restore the display.
