Auto Project Planner automatically calculates a proper project plan based on your effort estimations and the due dates you have in mind. A list of tasks and a list of employees can be defined. Tasks can be assigned to one or more employees. It is also possible to define a maximum percentage value an employee can/should work on a task. Public holidays, leaves, weekly working hours, and more parameters can be specified and are considered in the calculation. According to this input, the software computes time plans by minimizing the MSE (mean squared error) between expected and computed end dates.
Wieldy is a to-do list manager that is based on the principles of GTD (Getting Things Done). It allows you to manage your to-dos in a simple but effective way. Tasks can also be scheduled and listed in a calender-like overview, as well as linked to a project or simply put on hold. Wieldy also allows you to manage your contacts and delegate actions to them. Other features include support for data encryption, tagging, priorities, recurring action templates, and synchronization with other PIMs like Outlook. No installation is needed.

Smuxi is an irssi-inspired, flexible, user-friendly, and cross-platform IRC client for sophisticated users. Smuxi is based on the client-server model: The core application (engine) can be placed onto a server which is connected to the Internet around-the-clock; one or more frontends then connect to the core. This allows the connection to IRC to be kept up even when all frontends have been closed. The combination of screen and irssi served as the example for this architecture. Smuxi also supports the regular single application mode. This behaves like a typical IRC client; it doesn't need separate core management and utilizes a local engine that is used by the local frontend client.
