freeDatamap is a business intelligence tool that transforms raw data into meaningful information by providing a unique way to browse any kind of data. It is a Web application that provides the possibility to navigate into structured and unstructured data. With its unique algorithm, freeDatamap is able to create a tree structure from flat data. It takes a CSV file as input and produces a tree with raw or computed attributes for each node.
jTracer is a visualization tool for libcsdbg. When libcsdbg creates a stack trace for a caught exception, a thread, or a process-wide stack trace dump, it can be configured to broadcast the trace data through TCP/IP (UDP/IP, RS-232, USB, etc. are under development). jTracer catches those data and visualizes them to the user, sorted and ordered by TCP/UDP/IP address/port (or serial port), process ID, and executable, thread, and timestamp. It's particularly useful when you're doing cross-development and your target platform has no resources to visualize output. The rationale behind the development of jTracer is similar to gdb/gdbserver functionality.
Dandelion is a 3D graph rendering application which can be controlled across a network. Its main purpose is to allow clear network graphs to be rendered in a window, which can be controlled by a separate application or the user. The Dandelion visualization is actually controlled by issuing simple commands to it across the network (although this could all be happening on a single machine). The Dandelion source includes a set of very simple libraries which can be incorporated into other applications and which can be used to send these commands. Libraries are included for C, C#, Java, and Python. The project was developed at Liverpool John Moores University within the PROTECT Centre.
glNetViz is a tool for visualizing computer network topologies with WebGL. With the abilities of real time visualizing network traffics flowing around the local network and to/from the Internet, you can manage the various network more easily and efficiently. glNetViz is intended to be a convenient tool that can easily visualize the network topology from the serialized data in YAML or JSON.
GTKMathplot is an interactive plotting program based on GTK+ and the Cairo graphics library. It can display bidimensional curves, tridimensional curves, and surfaces from Cartesian or parametric equations describing the mathematical objects you would like to visualize. It is designed to be intuitive for high school students with good mathematical knowledge. University students of engineering, physics, mathematics, or natural sciences should need no explanation at all to start using it proficiently.
SCaVis is an environment for scientific computation, data analysis, and data visualization designed for scientists, engineers, and students. The program can be used for function and data plotting in 2D and 3D, histograms, statistical analysis, and symbolic calculations using the Matlab/Octave high-level interpreted language.
Spaghetti Parenthesis Visualizer is an in-browser (meaning that it doesn't send your code to a server) tool that takes deeply nested conditionals in languages that follow in C's footsteps, including Python, Perl, PHP, and Java, SQL queries, or some Lisp code, and provides two visual presentations that clearly and cleanly display how deep each part of the code is in the layers of nesting.
