JeguePanel is a panel to provide easy management of GNU/Linux servers. It makes services configuration (email and samba) much more easy and efficient, and handles user and permissions management. It's integrated with monitoring tools and a lot of control programs like anti-virus, anti-spam, reports, etc. It has English, Portuguese, and Spanish translations. It can use OpenLDAP, PostgreSQL, or MySQL as a backend, and has full integration with Active Directory. It will show different interfaces to users based on permission levels.
Logsend is a Unix daemon for email notification of log file changes, having 3 different backends. It watches the log files and periodically mails you the additions (being able to filter them). Logsend comes with a dialog-based configuration tool, as well as a live monitor that allows the users to watch the changes in real time.
Sporkie is a challenge/response spam email filter. It uses CAPTCHAs (randomly generated, distorted images of numbers) in order to verify that a person sending email is human. It works in the same manner as the ASK project, except that Sporkie uses CAPTCHAs. The main advantage to using CAPTCHAs is that it catches automated spam bots that don't spoof their email address. With ASK, such bots would get through the system. Sporkie is provided under the OSCL Type-C license.
AqMail fetches mails from remote mailboxes (POP3), applies admin-defined filters, and stores the email in local mailboxes for POP3 daemons to serve them. It supports virtual mail domains and users. It has been tested with QMail as the MTA and with Spamassassin and ClamAV as filters.
Qubit (Qmail Ultimate Backend Integration Tool) is a fully Web-based qmail server configuration and administration suite. It is based on the qmailrules qmail server installation style. It has the same features as other similar tools (like vqadmin and qmailadmin), and it also gives you full control to administer your server with all sorts of features and applications.
Approver is a set of scripts for automatically approving posts to Majordomo-moderated mailing lists based on the sender's email address. Approver also converts HTML email posts to plain text by first filtering them through DEMIME, and it bounces all posts submitted to mailing lists made by non-list members, preventing list moderators from being bombarded by bogus submissions created by email worms and viruses originating from list member's infected computers.
