GenScriber is a transcription editor for census records, church records, birth, marriage ,baptisms, burials, index records, etc. Data can be entered in a spreadsheet grid, or a word processor text editor. Both types of input provide stable, non-volatile editors, designed for genealogical data input. All cell inputs are alphanumeric. No assumptions are made about the data type. Dates and values remain exactly as you entered them. The worksheet and text pad work independently. They can be used to edit different data by switching between the tabs. It is of course possibly to copy/paste data between the editors.

V6 Thompson Shell Port provides two ports of the original /bin/sh from Sixth Edition (V6) UNIX (circa 1975). osh is an enhanced port of the shell, and sh6 is an unenhanced port of the shell. This project also includes glob6, if, goto, and fd2 as external shell utilities. While they remain external for compatible use by sh6, these utilities are integrated into osh to improve shell performance.

There are two versions, in the C and C++ languages. They have been tested on 21 (15) compilers, 27 (26) operating systems, and 19 architectures. (Figures in parentheses are for the C++ version.) Both versions are conveyed in source code form only, each as a single ~35 KB source text file.

The statistics are saved/restored across games, so that each game is tuned for your current arithmetic abilities.
