VncThumbnailViewer gives you the ability to connect to and watch multiple computers at the same time using the VNC protocol. It presents live thumbnail views of many computers in a single window, scaling and rescaling the views to best fit. Double-clicking on a single thumbnail allows you to enlarge it and take control of that computer's keyboard and mouse.

Integration of other data is supported. Babase is designed for Web access.

EngLab is a cross-compile mathematical platform with a C like syntax intended to be used both by engineers and users with little programming knowledge. It supports programming through small script files but also enables users to easily compile their own functions as shared objects and use them through the program's main interface.
nCore is an efficient and portable C++ library for developers. It includes a set of several satellite C++ classes to perform threading, file I/O (with endian-awareness), networking (TCP, UDP, IPv4, and IPv6), high-perf timing, easy logging with pluggable sinks, memory allocation debugging, hashing (MD5, string, CRC32, CRC16, and CRC8), loading of dynamic libraries (shared objects), dog-tagging (your final application/library binary file(s)), handling wide string manipulation methods through a single class (StringA), and more. Each of those features can be turned off at compile-time to make the final binary file smaller.
COPASI is a software application for modeling and simulation of biochemical networks. The software package has a GUI that lets users define biochemical network models by entering chemical reactions and kinetic equations. A powerful simulation engine can then perform simulations of the dynamics of the networks and carry out many different computational analyses. COPASI can simulate dynamics using either an ODE approach or a stochastic chemical kinetics approach (Gillespie-type algorithms).
