SDE for Eclipse is a UML modeling environment tightly integrated with the Eclipse IDE. It lets you draw all types of UML diagrams (use case diagrams, class diagrams, component diagrams, etc.) in Eclipse, reverse source code (Java, C++, XML, XML Schema, CORBA IDL, etc.) to UML models, and generate Java source from UML diagrams. It features the latest UML notation support, a Rational Rose importer, an XMI importer, Microsoft Visio integration, HTML/PDF documentation generators, and plug-in and template support.
Annotate provides an annotation facility for DocBook documents. It enables visitors to an online version of a DocBook document to add comments to any paragraph or chapter of the document. It extends the DocBook XSL stylesheets, leading to modified HTML output which contains anchors at those places where annotations can be made. Comments and notes are stored in a DBMS. A CGI program then merges the HTML document and the comments to produce the output for the visitor.
PACMS (Personal AJAX Content Management System) is a PHP written CMS with AJAX features for the creation of a personal (small medium size) Web site with a full Web-based interface. It provides widgets like a download area, blog, todo list, FAQ manager, image gallery, etc. This system is XML-based and doesn't require a database.

DocPerl provides a Web-based interface to Perl's Plain Old Documentation (POD). It is a graphical, easy-to-use interface to POD, automatically listing all installed modules on the local host, and any other nominated directories containing Perl files. DocPerl can also display a summary of the APIs defined by files and the code of those files. It can search the POD documentation for module names and for functions defined in modules.
StoryTestIQ (a.k.a. "STIQ") is a tool for creating "Executable Requirements", which have also been known as acceptance tests or functional tests. STIQ was developed based on two other open source acceptance testing tools, Selenium and FitNesse. This combination allowed StoryTestIQ to capture the Web browser based testing facilities and elegant command language of Selenium along with the wiki based editing and pluggable Fit fixture loading of FitNesse.
GENE Graph Export Engine is a complex convertor/framework for multi-namespace XML transforming and exporting. It is able to convert various XML types including SVG, DocBook, MathML, XSL-FO, and their combinations into a wide area of output formats: PDF, PNG, SVG, PS, MIF, RTF, and XHTML. Custom XSLT scripts can be registered easily and are used automatically. It requires Sun JRE 5.0.
