Ajaqs is a Web application that organizes FAQs on a per-project basis. The UI is templatized, the content is internationalized, and the styles are highly configurable. Secure login is provided via webapp security constraints. The backend uses an O-R mapping tool to achieve independence of database-specific queries. RSS feeds provide subscribers continuous updates on a per-project or per-FAQ basis. FAQs are dynamically served up as HTML pages, and can optionally be streamed to clients as PDF content.
Javadoc-search is a CGI script for indexing and searching HTML files produced by the JavaDoc tool. It allows fast and convenient regular expression searches for class and class member names, and for full method signatures that include argument types. It examines pages generated by JavaDoc and builds its own index.
DharmaDoc automates most of the tedious work involved in setting up a local Web server that contains a Buddhist reference library. The program allows you to download and install documents, and generates a search engine index. Afterward, you can just type your Buddhist topic of interest into a Web browser and get a wealth of information.

It uses the natural hierarchy of your filesystem, so if you've organized your pages well, the job is fully automated. It breaks the index into multiple pages to respect a links-per-page limit, and can do some sorting/management of the results according to domain/page "importance".
DoxMentor4J is a standalone, cross-platform, Web/AJAX based documentation library that is fully searchable and may be hosted in the file system, in an archive, or embedded in the Java classpath. Users can copy online books or manuals into directories in the library directory structure. DoxMentor4J then provides a dedicated Web server which presents the library as a tree structure on a Web page. Users can navigate through the tree to locate online books.
