MplayerBuddy is a media bookmarking application
designed to keep track of the user's place when
watching videos. It uses mplayer as its back-end
media player. It is excellent for people with very
short attention spans who constantly start and
stop several videos.
Online Video Viewer (ovv) is a Web-based system
that stores video files for users to view. It uses
authentication to restrict access to the video
files, and uses expiration dates to restrict how
long a user's account exists. User account
information is stored in a MySQL database.
The MyHD/TL880 Linux Driver is an attempt to create a fully functional
Linux driver for HDTV tuner cards based on the TL880 chip. It includes
the Linux driver as well as research tools for both Linux and Windows to
allow driver development.
TV-Viewer is a frontend to watch and record TV. It is designed for analog TV cards working with the ivtv, pvrusb2, or cx18 driver and others with a built-in hardware MPEG-2 encoder. It uses the Tk toolkit. DVB support is planned in the future.
mplayerd is a simple C daemon designed to control
movie play back via TCP/IP. This daemon is
designed to be the backend; it has no playlist
management, etc. It uses Mplayer to do the actual

television out ports of video cards. It functions
as a front-end interface for the XRandR and Xvattr
applications. In this way, PigaVision allows you
to use your TV-out with one central application.
