Templum is an extremely lightweight, simple yet powerful, and fast templating engine for PHP. It re-uses the power of PHP itself for rendering templates, but provides additional features making it easier and more secure to write templating code. Rendering templates using Templum is very fast; it approximates native PHP rendering speed for include() statements.
BullDoc is a Web application for documentation building. It is generally desgined for projects developed with PHP and which use SVN or another source control system. It stores the documentation sources in the same repository as the code. The sources should be text files, so SVN can track changes and allow BullDoc to always extract a documentation version appropriate to the code. It makes it convenient to view the result of authoring by opening a page in a Web browser, without additional compiling. It also allows you to edit text directly in the Web browser.
Math-Random-Xorshift is a Perl module that contains a straightforward implementation of the Xorshift PRNG algorithm proposed by G. Marsaglia in 2003. The algorithm is extremely fast and passes the Diehard test, though it is not reliable enough statistically. This module is useful for games and similar applications.
