Mr.Java is a Java IDE that is one step above a command line interface, but not quite as confusing as an IDE. It will compile for you, add libraries to your class path, and run the whole thing, with three simple buttons. Drag a library or Java source file over the window, and it will be put in the right folder. When running programs, the stout is written to a file cleverly named “stdout”, and the std err is cleverly written to file named - you guessed - stderr.

It supports SCM tools including CVS, Subversion, Git, Mercurial, Perforce, and Clearcase, and can execute Apache Ant and Apache Maven-based projects, as well as arbitrary shell scripts and Windows batch commands. It can also monitor executions of remote tasks.
Snippetory is a general Java template engine based on passive templates. In passive templates, template code and logic are clearly separated from each other. The templates contains very simple mark up. By removing logic, templates are directly accessible, fully parametrized, and free of context, and can easily be reused. Navigation, code competition, and structuring of the code with methods and classes are supported.
Onzen is a graphical front end for the CVS, SVN, HG and Git revision control systems. It represents the files managed by the RCS in a tree view with detailed information and offers functions to update, commit, add, remove, rename, revert, diff, view files, and many more functions.
FontMapper is a font texture generator for game developers. It allows you to turn a font you have installed to a PNG texture of tightly packed glyphs, accompanied by a text file describing the glyphs' properties and texture coordinates. You can read these in a game to render fonts. FontMapper supports Unicode (although only the Basic Multilingual Plane, i.e. the 16-bit codepoints), and each glyph can have its own size, i.e. fonts are not necessarily monospaced. Currently, FontMapper is command-line only, although there might be a GUI frontend in the future.
Anchor automatically adds curly braces and semicolons to code written in various programming languages, saving typing and making programs easier to read. It lets you pretend to be coding in Python or Lua while actually writing standard C, Java, PHP, C++, .NET, C#, or D. A script may generate files in the target language and invoke the compiler. An example bash script integrates with TCC to make runnable "scripts" with the speed of C. The scripts are easily modified to target another compiler or interpreter.
