GluCat is a library of template classes that model the universal Clifford algebras over the field of real numbers, with arbitrary dimension and arbitrary signature. It implements a model of each Clifford algebra corresponding to each non-degenerate quadratic form up to a maximum set by the user. GluCat classes are designed to be used as template parameters for other template libraries. GluCat includes the PyClical extension module for Python. This implements the Python classes index_set and clifford, which interface to corresponding C++ classes in GluCat.
Sage is a mathematical software system comprising nearly 100 open-source packages and a unified interface. Sage can be used to study elementary and advanced, pure and applied mathematics. This includes a huge range of mathematics, including basic algebra, calculus, elementary to very advanced number theory, cryptography, numerical computation, commutative algebra, group theory, combinatorics, graph theory, exact linear algebra, and much more. It combines various software packages and seamlessly integrates their functionality into a common experience. It is well-suited for education and research.
treap.py is a treap implementation for Python. A treap is a hybrid of a binary tree and a binary heap that is self-balancing and is O(nlog2(n)) for most operations, including deleting a value, inserting a value, finding the least value, and finding the greatest value. This particular treap implementation looks like a dictionary to the caller, but it also supports getting an ordered list (forward or reverse) in O(n) time. The code is available as pure Python (should run on about any Python implementation supporting generators, but was tested on CPython 2.6) or as part Python and part Cython for performance. The version with Cython should run on CPython or Unladen Swallow, but was only tested on CPython 2.6.
Syncless is an experimental, lightweight, non-blocking (asynchronous) client and server socket network communication library implemented in Stackless Python 2.6. It contains an asynchronous DNS resolver (using dnspython) and an HTTP server capable of serving WSGI applications. It aims to be a coroutine-based alternative of event-driven networking engines (such as Twisted and FriendFeed's Tornado). It is already about that fast, but it has fewer features and is less stable now.
