omnisode.rb, preodein.rb, and preindent.rb are a set of Ruby programs to generate a program to use long Taylor series to solve systems of ordinary differential equations. It generates code to solve the equations in either C, C++, Ruby, Maple, or Maxima. Using the Taylor series, estimates are made of the location of poles.
Vortex Library is an implementation of the RFC 3080 and RFC 3081 standard definitions, known as the BEEP Core protocol, implemented on top of the TCP/IP stack. Block Locally Optimal Preconditioned Eigenvalue Xolvers (BLOPEX) is a package, written in C and MATLAB, that includes an eigensolver implemented with the Locally Optimal Block Preconditioned Conjugate Gradient Method (LOBPCG). BLOPEX supports parallel MPI-based computations. BLOPEX is incorporated in the HYPRE package and is available as an external block to the PETSc package. Its main features are a matrix-free iterative method for computing several extreme eigenpairs of symmetric positive generalized eigenproblems; a user-defined symmetric positive preconditioner; robustness with respect to random initial approximations, variable preconditioners, and ill-conditioning (up to 10^16) of the stiffness matrix; and apparently optimal convergence speed.

The library also supports subtractions and methods to merge DBMs.
