Metrix++ is a platform to collect and analyze code metrics. It has a plugin-based architecture, so it is easy to add support for new languages, define new metrics, and/or create new pre- and post-processing tools. Every metric has 'turn-on' and other configuration options. There are no predefined thresholds for metrics or rules; you can choose and configure any limit you want. It scales well to large codebases. For example, initial parsing of about 10000 files takes 2-3 minutes on an average PC, and only 10-20 seconds for iterative re-run. Reporting summary results and exceeded limits takes less than 1 - 10 seconds. It can compare results for 2 code snapshots (collections) and differentiate added regions (classes, functions, etc.), modified regions, and unchanged regions. As a result, easy deployment is guaranteed into legacy software, helping you to deal with legacy code efficiently, and either enforce the 'leave it not worse than it was before' rule or motivate re-factoring.
Miscellaneous Container Templates is a C++ library that provides a collection of various STL-like containers with specific properties. It currently contains six closely related containers: closed_hash_set, closed_hash_map, linked_hash_*, and forward_hash_*. The first two are very similar to TR1 unordered_set and unordered_map; the linked ones provide additional functionality, while forward hash tables are more performant than linked, but have a restricted interface.
Mother is a framework written in Python and based on Twisted. It is designed to make development of Web applications easy and fast. It provides: simple URL mapping to code; handling of multiple content types (HTML, JSON, etc.); integration with Tentacles ORM; and the use of templating tools (currently, only Mako is supported).
NSIA (Network System Integrity Analysis) is a Web application monitoring system that scans sites for potentially unwanted context such as defacements, unauthorized changes, errors, information leaks, profanity, and compliance issues. It operates as an IDS (Intrusion Detection System) for Web sites.
NotesBox is a Java class that implements a ready-to-use text area for personal notes. It handles opening, reading, and saving the file. It extends the JPanel class, so all the buttons and text area can be added at once to a container. The button labels are customizable and the programmer has the choice whether or not to include the option to change the notes file by the user.
