XWiki is a WikiWiki clone written in Java that supports many popular features of other Wikis like the Wiki syntax, version control, attachments, security, and searching, but also many advanced features like templates, database and dynamic development using scripting languages (Velocity, Groovy, Ruby, Python, PHP, and more), an extension system and skinability, J2EE scalability, an XML/RPC remote API, statistics, RSS feeds, PDF exporting, WYSIWYG editing, an Office viewer and importer, and a lot more.
wiki2xhtml can create complete Web pages and uses a clean XHTML syntax. It can insert galleries, a menu, a footer, and nearly all elements you know from the Wikipedia. The pages are formatted with CSS. All designs can be adjusted by hand, and custom ones can be used as well. wiki2xhtml generates the HTML pages from simple text files in the MediaWiki syntax. You can also use own (X)HTML code or other script languages inside; there are no restrictions. The GUI is composed of a Code Paste Window where you can insert wiki code that will be generated live. A click into the result, the XHTML code, copies it into the clipboard.
JOrtho is a spell checker for Java. The library works with any JTextComponent from the Swing framework and checks as you type. The dictionary is based on the free Wiktionary.org, and is applicable for multiple languages. You can select the spell checking language via a context menu. The Features of JOrtho are the highlighting of potentially wrongly spelled words, a context menu with suggestions for correct forms of the word, and a context menu with option to change the checking language. At the moment there are nine languages for spell checking available: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Polish, Dutch, and Arabic.
eSpeak for Android is a port of the eSpeak Text-to-Speech synthesiser to Android, supporting 75 languages and accents. It is based on the eyes-free version, but with improved language selection and language name display, support for accents and special characters, improved handling of speech rate and pitch, support for MIPS-based devices, and improved support for SSML.
