Vorbix is a graphical front-end for the Ogg Vorbis tools. It features multiple file comment tag editing, encoding & decoding (to and from WAV), as well as being able to copy selected tags to all files, delete all tags, convert the case of words, create tags from filenames, and rename files based on tag values.
The main part of av_convert is a C++ API for accessing audio/video files (AVI, Quicktime, YUV4MPEG stream, WAV, etc.). This functionality is provided by a library and a set of plugin modules for I/O backends and audio/video codecs. Using this library, "av_convert" can convert between these file formats and provide basic editing functions, such as cutting parts of different video sources to one destination. The included program "av_rec" can record real-time video from a v4l-video-source with A/V sync.
WebVCR+ is a Web frontend to record your TV shows from, which has a TV Guide-like interface. You can record your shows to many different formats, and convert them during the idle time your computer isn't recording. You can also add favorites and manage your video library through the Web interface. Listings can be specified in XMLTV format, or grabbed from advalvas/eurotv. You can also easily add different commandline video recorders.
kavi2svcd is a GUI for generating MPEG files from an AVI file using transcode and mplex. It then generates a Video CD image using vcdimager and burns to CD with cdrdao. It can generate m1v, m2v, and mpa files, multiplex the MPEG file, generate cue and bin files, and allows the generated command lines to be edited before executing them.
