It includes pre-configured, ready-to-run versions of Tomcat and Java, so users can get a Jenkins installation up and running in minutes after answering a few questions. Jenkins, previously known as Hudson, is a continuous integration server. Built with Java, it provides over 400 plugins to support building and testing virtually any project. It can also monitor executions of remote tasks.
