Scconfig is a single-layer, modular autotools replacement written in ANSI-C (C89). It's been tested on a dozen different UNIX-like operating systems (including Linux, Windows and Mac OS X).

dov4l allows you to query and set the capabilities of a video4linux2 device. You can also set several parameters, such as brightness and contrast. It is a command line program that is especially meant for setting up a video4linux2 device before it is used with a Webcam grabber like grabby.

The acscripts library contains a set of helper scripts that can be used by package configure scripts. This library enables common functions to be used from one central location, rather than being duplicated across packages. This provides simplified system maintenance, because build functions are centralized, and smaller packages, because build functions are no longer in packages.
