The Two Dimensional Spatialization of Sound package takes a single monaural sound signal and processes it to create a binaural signal that places the source of the sound at a selectable arbitrary place around the listener. The package makes use of a set of HRTF Measurements of a KEMAR Dummy-Head Model created by Bill Gardner and Keith Martin of the MIT Media Lab. The sound spatialization software is ANSI C, and can be ported to any platform which will support the sound I/O requirements. The package also includes an FFT written in well-structured C.
SILC (Secure Internet Live Conferencing) is a protocol which provides secure conferencing and chat services. It can be used to send any kind of messages, in addition to normal text messages, including multimedia messages like images, video, and audio stream. All messages in the SILC network are encrypted and authenticated, and messages can also be digitally signed. SILC protocol supports AES, SHA-1, SHA-2, PKCS#1, PKCS#3, X.509, OpenPGP, and is being developed in the IETF. The software is delivered as SILC Client for end users, SILC Server for system administrators, and SILC Toolkit for application developers.

PhpWiki is a WikiWikiWeb clone written in PHP. A Wiki is a Web site where anyone can edit or create the pages through the Web browser, with no authentication. PhpWiki works right out of the box with zero configuration, and comes with a set of default pages. It's useful for collaborating on documentation on a project, having freeform discussions, and easy editing and searching.
PyleWiki is a WikiClone written entirely in Python that allows a group of people to collaboratively edit a tree of webpages using nothing but their browser and a simple, text-based markup language. This particular WikiClone has a few extensions to the original: attachments to pages, user authentication (primitive), and the use of templates for page styling among others.
