NewBG Hybrid IRCD is an ircd based on hybrid. It fixes many bugs from the original hybrid, and adds many new features. The SVS commands can be used to remotely control users' channels, nicks, or modes. Fifteen new flags and many other new commands were added. The K/G line code was completely reimplemented. A proxy scanner with a cache is built-in. Synchronization methods are included. The protocol of the standard hybrid is broken by the new flags. New conf lines are supported, such as Virtual Channels and Nick Aliasing.
SurrealServices is a full replacement IRC Services package providing NickServ, ChanServ, BotServ, MemoServ, and OperServ, as well as LogServ and ConnectServ. Features are loosely based on ConferenceRoom/Auspice and Anope, as well as NeoStats. Some security features are also available such as a TOR (http://tor.eff.org/) detector/banner and a country detector (which checks IP allocation and optionally bans). It is multithreaded to eliminate lag due to the asynchronous nature of MySQL and DNS lookups.
Akeni Enterprise Instant Messaging is a messaging system that offers strong encryption and integration with Active Directory and LDAP. It also provides corporate messaging policy management through the use of public groups and role based user access rights. All messages can be logged into flat files and databases to allow for searching and auditing. The role based access right system allows the administrator to control whether users are allowed to send files, initiate chats and conferences, and to "lock down" users' contact lists.
