NFSv4 specifies that the RPC calls be batched into a "compound" call. There is no support for this in RPCGEN. By rearranging the ONC IDL for NFSv4 into AutoGen definitions, these templates will emit the original IDL *plus* all the code to package, send, distribute, collect, return, and dispatch the results. The distributed program author merely needs to call and supply server procedures for the routines specified in the IDL. Templates for these calls and service routines is provided, too. The NFSv4 definitions are included.
Drupal is a modular content management system, forum, blogging and community engine. It is database driven and can be used with MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and SQLite. Written in Java for scalability, and based on open standards Struts and Expresso for stability, eContent integrates content management, scalable content and application delivery, resource management, workflow and personalization. It supports executables, all documents types, OLAP reports, Java programs, and legacy integration.
This is a PHP class that attempts to validate a given e-mail address at four levels: matching the address against a RFC compliant regular expression; checking whitelists and blacklists of domains with typing mistakes, disposable email addresses, and temporary and fake domains; verifying the existence of the destination SMTP server by verifying the respective DNS MX record; and connecting to that server to see if the given address is accepted as a valid recipient. The class also features a debugging output option that lets you see the remote SMTP server connection and data exchange dialog to see the real cause why an apparently valid address may not be accepting messages.
GCache is a Python module that provides a generic cache class useful for speeding up any application where objects are referenced by keys. It uses object metadata to optimize hit-rates and freshness for fetches, and uses a "write-through" mechanism for writes and deletes. It can use "if-modified-since" fetches or rsync delta updates to refresh stale cached objects. GSource classes are provided for generating useful metadata from common sources (os.stat calls and MIME headers). A simple example urlCache is implemented that supports HTTP 1.1 (rfc2616) cache-control and expire headers to ensure freshness. Also included is an rfc2616 package useful for parsing HTTP 1.1 headers, and a PCache package implementing a persistant cache using a Python shelve.
getmail is intended as a simple, secure, and reliable replacement for fetchmail. It retrieves email (either all messages, or only unread messages) from one or more POP3, SPDS, or IMAP4 servers (with or without SSL) for one or more email accounts, and reliably delivers into qmail-style Maildirs, mboxrd files, or through external MDAs (command deliveries) specified on a per-account basis. getmail also has excellent support for domain (multidrop) mailboxes, including delivering messages to different users or destinations based on the envelope recipient address.
